ANTI All Gender’s Barber is an exciting new addition to the Nottingham hairstyling industry. Created and founded by Harry Souter, a barber and hair stylist with over 13 years of experience, in both the mens and women’s hair styling space, plus session and TV work and celebrity styling.

ANTI is looking for talented and experienced barbers and stylists to join our team on a self employed basis. To be a good fit for this role you will:

Have 2+ years experience of barbering and / or hair styling. Some knowledge and skill in scissor work is essential. You will be trade tested.

Be comfortable and happy to work with a wide variety of clients of all genders, including men, women, trans and non-binary people.

Be open and willing to learn and grow in your trade, and be supported and mentored to improve and be busy and successful. Your success is our success!

Be open and willing to learn about and engage in social media marketing – we will support you in how to do this, but it is essential that we have your buy in.

Candidates with an existing client base in the area are desirable but this is not a requirement. We will work hard to make sure the right candidates columns fill up quickly.

What you will get from working at ANTI:

The opportunity to earn £650-£1000 per week take home, self employed pay. If you need it, we will support you with how to become self employed and save for your tax requirements. The amount you can earn is only capped by your ambition. Our founder hit regular £850+ weeks in his current position at another shop within 18 months, with no existing client base in the city. If you are willing to show up fully and give us your best, we can show you how to do the same.

Ongoing training and mentoring, not only in your trade, but in best business practices as a self employed barber and stylist.

Marketing support. Unlike many barber shops we have a marketing specialist on our team. We will support you with the creation of marketing materials to promote your business, we will arrange regular model days to shoot for the shop social media, and we will teach you how to get the best shots of your work on a day-to-day basis, including the use of the shop iPhone and DSLR.
