Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced barber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Provide haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services to clients
* Consult with clients to understand their preferences and make recommendations as needed
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including disinfecting tools and surfaces after each use
* Maintain a thorough understanding of current trends and techniques in men’s grooming
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barber
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise grooming techniques
* Up-to-date knowledge of current men’s grooming trends and techniques
* Professional appearance
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
