We are seeking Barbers to join our team. As a Barber, you will provide grooming services to our clients, specialising in hair cutting, styling, and beard trimming. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating stylish and personalised looks.

Responsibilities:

– Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling to clients, adhering to their preferences and style requirements.

-Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and desired styles, offering professional advice and suggestions when necessary.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.

-Manage appointment scheduling, walk-in clients

-Uphold professional standards of conduct, demonstrating punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a well-groomed appearance.

-Assist in maintaining inventory of barbering supplies and products, informing management when items need to be replenished.

-Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and cohesive work environment, sharing knowledge and skills to enhance the overall performance of the barbering team.

Qualifications:

-Excellent knowledge of various barbering techniques, including clipper cutting, scissor cutting, fading, and straight razor shaving.

-Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to accommodate scheduled appointments and walk-in clients.
