We are seeking 2 skilled and passionate Barbers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and specialise in fades. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all clients.
Duties
* Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, fades and beard trims, tailored to individual client preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
* Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
* Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster a loyal customer base.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide modern services.
Experience
* 3 years experience in barbering or hair styling is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
* A passion for the art of barbering and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
