REPORTING TO: Salon Manager / Owner
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To work individually as well as part of a team providing technical expertise, delivering superior customer service, advice and after care. Working with elderly clients in our 2nd New Salon in a Luxurious High End Care Home, our high end salon clients and all ages.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Fluent English Speaking Skills AN ABSOULTE MUST
• Good command of English both verbally and in written communication
• Minimum 1-2 years shop floor and column generating experience
• Excellent all-round cutting skills; possess the ability to perform classic, contemporary and on trend, Excellant Barbering Skills

• Sales/retail ability or experience to promote all salon treatments/ products
• Good Time management skills

• Self motivated and flexible
• Ability to work well within a team and under own initiative,
• Ability to manage workload unsupervised

* Expereinece in Ladies Hairdressing, Cuts, Balyage,
Highlights,
• Excellent all round knowledge and experience with colour techniques
• Ability & confidence to blow dry and finish in modern way & Classic way, Updos a big asset

• Willingness to travel for training purposes
• Must be polite, understanding have caring attitude as elderly clients
• Must Get DBS checked, have insurance and have covid vaccines cards
