Job description:
• To be responsible for the services in the Barberia in Selfridges Oxford Street
• To cut, dress, groom, style and shave client’s beard and practice Acqua di Parma massage and treatments
• To pro-actively sell Acqua Di Parma products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
• To manage the relationship with the clients, having as objective to sell products and present the Brand image in the proper way, giving effective information regarding Brand/products/events, gathering market and competition knowledge
• To build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, activities follow up, support in the organization of events, new ideas suggestion, in partnership with the Counter team.

• To achieve KPIs and targets as set by the business

EDUCATION: Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Barbering
LANGUAGES: English mandatory and Italian is a plus
WORKING EXPERIENCE: previous experience as a Barber (5 years mini)
OTHERS: strong communication skills, luxury attitude, affinity/passion for the Brand, focus on retail results
