Key Responsibilities:

Grooming Services: Perform a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming treatments with precision and style, ensuring client satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding customer service, understanding clients’ preferences, and offering personalised grooming recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest grooming products and techniques, and recommend appropriate products to clients for at-home maintenance.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment for both staff and clients.

Team Collaboration: Work as part of a close-knit team, offering support to colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

A valid barbering qualification, and passionate and drive to grow as a barber.
