👤 About the Role
We’re looking for a strong, experienced barber to step into a managerial role and lead our talented team in Luton. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring every customer receives top-tier service.

✅ Essential Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of barbering experience
– Fluent English
– UK work authorisation
– Able to commute reliably to or relocate near Luton LU4

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
– Hairdressing experience or training
– Salon management experience
– NVQ Level 2 in Barbering or Hairdressing
– Experience with Afro hair (advantageous but not essential)
– GCSE or equivalent education
