Mr. Barbers Enfield is a premium barbershop blending modern barbering with the foundations of a classic British barbershop. We’ve built a strong, loyal client base made up of young professionals, creatives, and established clients who value quality service and are comfortable investing £30–£40+ in their hair.
We’re focused on consistency, professionalism, and creating an environment where both clients and barbers take pride in the standard of work. As the shop continues to grow, we’re looking to bring in the right barber to strengthen the team.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-employed barber to join our team on a commission basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a client base, or someone highly driven and ready to build one quickly in a busy, well-positioned shop.
This is not a passive role. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, motivated, and serious about progressing in their career.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality haircuts and grooming services to a consistently high standard
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage your own column, including bookings and client retention
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace at all times
• Contribute positively to the team environment
• Actively promote your work and grow your personal brand through social media
• Uphold the standards and reputation of Mr. Barbers Enfield

Essential Requirements
• Proven experience as a barber with strong technical ability
• Existing client base preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and a clear drive to succeed
• Excellent timekeeping (non-negotiable)
• Fluent level of English (spoken and written)
• Professional attitude and presentation
• Ability to work as part of a team
