Pay Rate $23 – $30 p.h + Bonus + Benefits (Depending on experience)

Min. Work Hours: 35 – 40 hours per week

1 – 2 Years Barbering or Hairdressing experience

We’re looking for capable new team leaders/stylists/barbers to jump onboard at BarberShopCo and join us as we take it to the next level in all things men’s grooming.

With well-established client bases, top range hair, beard and skin products and clean modern store work spaces, it’s all ready for you to come stake your claim and join over 80+ passionate barbers nationwide who choose BarberShopCo. We have immediate starts available for the right fit candidates.

What we’re looking for are skilled barber’s and hairdressers with great people skills, great communication. If you have experience having managed or mentored staff before there are leadership opportunities available. We’ve got a solid and comprehensive structure in place to support our teams and encourage ongoing training and career development, including regular weekly catch-ups and ongoing training opportunities among internal and external specialists. With 25 stores across the country and growing, the opportunities including work to own internships are endless for keen and driven individuals ready to carve out their stake.
